After a long time of hating the Blouzaat drawing I was working on, I decided to shake it up a bit, add different material to it (my all time saver, inks!) and viola there you have it, the Slug!
I think I will go there tomorrow, and give it to them, see what happens.
Also the second painting is done for my mother. I call it: black and gold, because I was listening to Sam Sparrow’s song with the same title.
For those who care to know, its acrylics on wood.

This is what I have been cooking, thought its not much, yet! But this is the second layer, and I am loving my new acrylics (Amsterdam with high viscosity) they are awesome!
I am doing this as a submission to Blouzzat, acrylics on wood.
My boss requested that I finish the drawing I did last time, so here is a quick digital painting of her!

I am going to give you a sneak peak on a drawing I am working on… but! It will only be a sketch, even with the watercolors, because I plan on drawing it later on an A3! Yes, you hear me well! On an A3 paper of Daler Rowney! Wowowowow! I bought it few days ago, and I really can’t wait till I start drawing something on it! I wanted to draw the one I am doing on it, as I have done to another drawing, by actually doing a thumb nail drawing of it (around an A5) and copied it onto an A4 sized paper, I know, the paper sizes are a bit small… but its because I dont have the kind of brush that I need (have no worries! I bought one few months ago!) and so thats why I am ready to tackile this challange, and have it done.
Having said about my new purchases, I bought a new printer! wow! its sooo coool! i always wanted similar printer but no luck in finding one. It prints without the stupid white borders! How cool is that?! Now I can have a Great portfolio, and Great set of drawings, that I can use as a reference, hahaha… and it doesn’t end there, I also bought (finally!) my first woodman/stick figure I named him Jack the stickman! he’ll be posing instead of me, cause I used to stand in the way I want my character to, sometimes it was hard to do, sometimes very easy, but this time, I’ll have Jack (should name him Jack the poser!) do them for me! though he is limited in terms of flexibility, he can’t tuck his knees to his chest, which is lame, cause losers with no physical fitness can’t do that! (that is you jump and you raise your knees to your chest… I can do it, other losers can’t)
And now back to my drawing shall we! I have included the three together, after many thoughts on how to do them, and I am glad with the outcome, though once I copy them to the new sketchbook, the sizes of their heads will differ, like more zooming on T and Pikor, while Bunk will still have her wicked smile on her face, though she has a more of an innocent smile, but we’ll see what will happen later on!
